Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), Eyewear and Clubs (Driver, Fairway Woods, Rescue/Hybrid, Irons & Iron Set, Wedges, Putters, Package Set, Junior Clubs & Women's Clubs). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved for return, you’ll be given a store credit. Please remember it can take some time to process your refunds. For exchange we will dispatch you your new product requested for exchange.
